A native of Camden, NJ, Mr. Baynard was employed by the City of Camden as a laborer in the Highway Department.
He is survived by his wife, Geraldine Baynard of Camden, NJ; 3 sons, Melvin D. Baynard of Beverly, NJ, Darrell S. Baynard of Florida and Antonn "Tony" Baynard of Cinnaminson; 2 daughters, Valerie Mosley of Camden and Melvina Baynard of Kansas City, KS. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
