Moreover, Yolanda volunteered her time to the community in support of organizations such as the Phi Kappa Chapter of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Shelby County Youth Association (Football/Track), Sycamore Elementary School PTA and the Cancer Society. Yolanda observed the everyday living of people from any diverse lands and cultures. She lived an abundant life because she knew how to give love and receive love. Neither time nor space will allow us to describe all the people that she touched, but we can report with confidence; she was a dynamic and phenomenal young lady.
