Lorraine was born on July 9, 1947 in Philadelphia, PA. Her parents (deceased) were Leo and Anna Mae Smith. Lorraine spent much of her childhood in Philadelphia and the family later moved to Erial, NJ where she resided most of her life.

She was an exceptional cook and baker hosting family and friends for holidays and special occasions.
