Kenneth “Kenny” Michael Floyd was born on July 15, 1962 in Camden, New Jersey and quietly departed this life on Thursday, May 17, 2018. He was the second child of the late Raymond and Eleanor Floyd and spent his early years in Camden, New Jersey. The family later moved to Merchantville, New Jersey.

Kenny was educated in the Camden School System and also attended Camden County Vocational Technical Schools, Pennsauken Campus.

Kenny met and married the love of his life, Renee’ Bennett. They would have been married 21 years on August 30, 2018. He was the proud father of Michael, Brielle and Kenny Jr. and his four-legged son, Zeus.

During his early years, Kenny worked at Woolworth’s in Camden; Philadelphia Sign Company in Palmyra and most recently at Home Depot in Mt. Laurel in the hardware department. He was employed at Home Depot for 12 years and took great pride in his work and received numerous Homer Awards during his employment there. In later years, he enjoyed bowling, play station video games with his children and brother-in-law, Eddie. Kenny enjoyed trips to the shore with his family. He was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. He loved and breathed football.

Kenny leaves to mourn his passing his wife: Renee; children: Michael, Brielle, Kenny Jr. and his four-legged son, Zeus; special grandson: Christian “CJ”; three sisters: Sharon Lagarde (Michael), Irene Brown and Rosemary Ricci; one brother: Robert; mother-in-law: Etta Bennett; brother-in-law: Eddie Bennett and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
