Obituary of Tony William Warner

Please share a memory of Tony to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

Very quietly and very peacefully on Tuesday, September 11, 2018, it was God’s  will to call our  beloved Tony William Warner home to paradise.

Tony William Warner was born July 9, 1957 in Trenton, NJ to the late Alfred H. Warner Sr. and the late Edna Lee Warner.  He grew up and was educated in Trenton. Later, he moved to Salem and in the latter part of life, he resided in Glassboro.

Tony was a jack of all trades. He worked in dietary services, cabinet making, renovating homes, Goya Foods and cleaning services at Motor Vehicle.  There was never a job to big or to small that Tony would not tackle.

Tony had many things that he loved to share with his family. Things like fishing, cooking, barbeques, sports, music, dancing and singing. He loved traveling with his wife to family gatherings. He enjoyed talking to everyone, laughing, joking around and taking pictures of each getaway. Traveling allowed Tony to get away from the hustle and bustle of the world and to relax. He also enjoyed bringing the family together from far and near.  This truly brought him much joy and happiness.

In 1984, Tony was united in holy matrimony to Joann and to this union one child was born. They were married for 34 years. Tony was a loving husband to Joann and a devoted father to their son Shawn Deon Hardee.

Tony is survived by his wife Joann Warner of Glassboro, NJ, two sisters Dorothy Banks of Freehold, NJ and Mary Dawson of Norfolk, VA, a brother Alfred H. Warner, Jr. of Trenton, NJ, a son Shawn Deon Hardee of Trenton, NJ and Leilani Reed Hardee, six grandchildren: Shawn Hardee, Lasia Hardee, Ryan Grey, Deonna Grey, Avianna Hardee and Keilani Hardee of Trenton, NJ, a devoted Aunt Nettie Candya and a devoted Mother-in-law Mary Burrell. Three sisters-in law, four brothers-in-law a host of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.

                                                       Lovingly Submitted,
