Joeretta C. Cesar passed away peacefully, on March 7, 2019, at the age of 74 after a long battle with cancer.  She was born July 31, 1944 in Greensboro, North Carloina and was adopted by her wonderful and loving parents Edward and Catherine Jordan.

Joeretta is survied by her children Thomas Means Sr., Michael Means, Cathy Young, Darielle Moore, Erica Values, Ursula Moore, Adopted daughter Wynette Nelson, 17 Grandchildren, 17 Great-Grandchildren, 5 God children, and a host of extended family and many friends.
