I’m Elijah, one of his grandchildren I remember he always watched us and I always knew it was him coming down our block because of his car lol. His car was loud, I heard it all the way from my room. I miss him dearly Long Live Victor Blocker you will be missed.

My deepest condolences to the entire Blocker family. Victor was a brother, a buddie and a friend. We always shared and I teased him about how mom Delores fussed at him and Kelvin about her vegetable garden. Our prayers, our love and support have gone up to God the Father and our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ as we prepare to celebrate the life of our brother Victor. Grace and Peace be unto you all.
