Roberto Morales, Sr. best known as “Kijo”, was born in Yabucoa, Puerto Rico on January 20, 1967, to the late Father Bernardo Morales Marin and Carmen Teresa Martinez (still living). Roberto was raised by his grandparents Alfonzo Millan Arroyo (deceased) and Louisa Rivera (deceased).
When Roberto first came to the United States, he resided in Philadelphia, PA for a short time and then he moved back to Puerto Rico. He eventually ended up moving back to the United States finding a residence in Camden, NJ on Erie Street.
Unbeknown to some, Roberto had so many skills and talents, including art and he flourished in the construction industry. He worked for Comisky Construction Company and Morone Construction Company for many years. Roberto also owned and operated a successful Landscaping Company. He was a very hard-working man, but he did manage to find time to enjoy his love for fishing.
Roberto leaves to cherish his memory to his sons: Roberto Morales, Jr. and Ruben Morales (Jaylind); brothers: Louis Morales, Orlando Morales, Rafael Morales and Josue Morales;
sisters: Migdalia Morales, Viviana Morales, Teresa Garcia, Jimmy Garcias and Evelyn Martinez; grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a host of family and friends.
Kijo,
We will remember your humor, your ability to socialize with all types of people and your love of all things sweet. We will miss you not because of any of your accomplishments or failures, just simply because we Love You.
