To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: A time to be born, and a time to die................Ecclesiastes 3:1-2
Clemson Russell Joiner was born to the late Frederick Josephus and Louise Joiner. Clemson Russell Joiner was born October 13, 1942 in Philadelphia, PA. He was affectionately known as Russell, Clemy, & Bud.
Russell was known for his radiant smile and laughter.
Russell was educated in the Philadelphia School system. Thereafter, he then joined the U.S. Navy and served his country until the late 60's. While in the Navy, Russell worked as a Boiler Room Technician.
Following his tour in the Navy, Russell met his longtime female companion. Out of that union, they had a son, Russell Joiner.
As a civilian, Russell became employed as Boiler Room Technician. He later worked at the Department of Defense in Philadelphia, PA for a short time. Subsequently, Russell began to become ill and had to live most of his life thereafter with his two sisters Juanita and Margaret Joiner.
