Sending prayers and love from my family to yours. I never had the privilege of meeting Ms. Lucille, but she raised a fine man, who I proudly call friend. (Love you Ty!) Please take comfort in all the wonderful memories you have shared through the years, and feel at peace that her soul, now walks with you.

The Rev. Lucille Wakefield-Moore was one of the most godly women I've ever known. She was the "epitome" of the word 'Friend'. We just communicated in April...gosh, I miss her terribly already!
To the family--whom she loved so very much--I share your grief. But there is a blessed assurance in knowing that Jesus can and will meet us all in that beautiful "Garden of Prayer" whenever, and as often as, we are overtaken by grief. "There our Savior awaits, as He opens the gates, to that beautiful 'Garden of Prayer'." Pray, Pray, PRAY!
"Cast your (hurt, sorrow, and) cares upon Him; for He cares for you." I Peter 5:7 (KJV)

Don't spend too much time in mouring tears are for the sad.
I left to be with JESUS, and this should make you glad.
Don't waste your hours in grieving, no need to feel distress,
I am tired of life's frustrations, I had to get some rest.
Don't vex yourself with questions, or try to reason why,
Life for me has ended, it came my time to die.
Don't lose the love I gave you, feed it with your care, grow it with
devotion, and spread it everywhere.
Don't fret because my leaving came in such a way.
We will have another meeting in GOD'S eternal day.
Mommy,
When you enter the gates of Heaven I know you were welcomed by His
gracious embrace as He said, Come in my child I have a place for you by
my Throne.
So as long as I know that is where you are I am BLESSED knowing the Mother
He gave me on earth is with our HEAVENLY FATHER.
LOVE YOU ALWAYS
YOUR BABY GIRL.

Freddy and I are so saddened by the loss of your dear mother. I know how very close you all were to her. Please lean on the God of all Comfort, Jehovah, for he promises in his word the bible that the things we experience now such as suffering, sickness and death will soon be a thing of the past.
