I was saddened to read of the loss of your loved one. When
we lose our loved one in death it is the most difficult
time in our life. However, there is loving
comfort in Psalms 55:22 to “throw your burden on God
and he will sustain you..” Yes, no matter what you are facing
God is there to help you get through it. May you continue to
have the love and support from family and friends. I sincerely
hope that this Bible message brings you
a measure of comfort during this difficult time.

How saddened I was to learn of the grievous loss of your very dear mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother and other family members. It was always a joy to talk with this woman of faith, to speak with her often on the phone and to receive beautiful cards and gifts of jewelry in my favorite color of purple. It was also a joy to travel with Mom Rose to District and Conference Lay Meetings of the A.M.E. Church and laugh with her as we got lost on numerous occasions. She was a joy to be around and could be counted on in any situation that you were in, whether personal or spiritually related.
May the memories of this special lady soon give way to all the good memories you have stored up and may the goodness of Mom Rose lavish on her friends and loved ones and be multiplied in the lives of those that she has left behind. In the days ahead, may you find comfort in knowing that those we love remain with us -For love itself lives on, and cherished memories never fade. Love ones can never be more that a thought apart, for as long as there is a memory, Mom Rose will live on in our hearts.
With Deepest Sympathy and Warmest Regards,
Carolyn A. Mann, Former Lay President, Grant A.M.E. Church

Dear Rose family:
I wish to convey my sincerest condolences to your entire family. Losing a loved one in death is one is one of the hardest things that anyone will ever have to deal with. There is a great hope held out to us for the future because God promises to bring those we lost back to life by means of a resurrection to a paradise earth, where sickness and death will be no more. I hope this brief message will bring you a measure of comfort in this difficult time.
